LAB TC is a Youth and High School Track & Field club that will be housed in the new Lincoln Athletic Building! 

 

The club is open to boys and girls grades 6-12 and will be lead by coaches that are passionate about the sport and youth development. 

 

Our technical and fundamentals based curriculum will be utilized to ensure that each athlete is receiving the highest level of technical instruction with an emphasis positivity and encouragement. In addition, the program offers our participants access to some of the most up-to-date, top-notch training facilities in the state of Michigan.

 Select the LAB Track Club:

In the "Community Education" tab, select the appropriate option (LHS Student or Non-LHS Student). Then scroll down to either log-in to Civic Rec or Create an Account.

Practice Information:

• Practice sessions will be Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

• All participants will practice from 3:30-5:45pm.

• The track will be reserved exclusively for the use of LAB TC only, the track will be closed to the public during our practice sessions.

• We ask that parents, coaches and others not attend practices. These practice sessions are closed to the public in an attempt to create the most conducive environment for athlete development and growth with direct and uninterrupted coach to athlete instruction.

• Indoor season will run from November 27th, 2023 - February 25th, 2024.

• All practices will take place in the Lincoln Athletic Building (LAB).
